Sr. Assumpta White RIP
11/9/'26- It is with great sadness that we share the news that our dear friend Sr. Assumpta has passed away. Sr. Assumpta was the former Principal of the Convent School in Cappamore and after her retirement in 1996 she served for many years on the Board of Management of Scoil Chaitríona. After her departure from the convent in 2019, she settled in Tipperary but her heart was always in Cappamore. We remember her for her years of serving the Lord, the community of Cappamore and educating the children of the village. May her gentle soul now rest in the arms of the angels.
